Open youtube.com in your window and then search video.

In window right side setting option available ,select and you can optimize your setting play option in which (144p-720p),you can chose lower quality video then your video is play without any stoppage.

Play video and you can see 3-4 option right side of video now you can download in any quality.

Go to upload a video on option upload

when you click on upload this window is open now you can easily upload any video.

When your account is enable for monetization then monetize your  video by using following step

Monetization= click on enable my account

Now your account is enable for earn money and you can easily connect with adsense
